my website is based outside of the U.S. can I still become an affiliate?
Yes. Brandlet welcomes affiliates from anywhere in the world; however, customers that buy from our site must pay in U.S. dollars and can only have their goods shipped to United States at the moment. All commission checks to Brandlet affiliates are in U.S. dollars and at the current time all of our customer support is in English.
if I operate more than one site- can I join with both?
You can have multiple sites under one Brandlet affiliate account. You can create links specifically for each site and generate separate reports for each site. You will receive one aggregate commission check for all sites.

if a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, then your account will be debited for any commission earned for that transaction.

who handles customer service?
Brandlet has a great customer service team (called the CS). They take care of all of the customers that you refer to our site. If a customer has a problem with functionality on your site, which is not something for which Brandlet provides support.
