- Shipping & Delivery
- We offer standard shipping rates on all domestic orders depending on your price range. Delivery will take 5 to 10 business days with standard shipping methods and generally 3 to 5 business days with priority shipping methods. Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO's, FPO's and Canada are ineligible for free standard shipping, priority rates apply to these addresses. Also, please allow additional delivery times to these destinations.

We currently use three different carriers FedEx, USPS (United States postal Service), and DHL (International) for our shipping options. The most appropriate delivery method will be used depending on the weight, shipping destination, and shipping method for your package. - International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to countries such as Australia, Canada, China, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Switzerland and UK. All duties and taxes are assessed at the time of customs inspection in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. International shipping rates is based on per order placed and does not include these fees. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
- In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.
- Returns Policy
- If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, all tags intact, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. We require product ID number which is on all our packaging to process a refund. Please allow up to 10 business days from the day we receive the package for a refund.

- Brandlet.com has made it simple to order your favorite brands on our site. You can now navigate the site by category, size, brands and narrow your search by color and price. Once you have selected your items, add them to the shopping cart. Here you can enter coupon codes, gift card codes, shipping infomation and see your grand total after discounts and applicable taxes. Next, click "Proceed to Checkout" where you will be asked to enter your billing information, shipping information, shipping method, and payment information. Once you are satisfied with your purchase, please press "Submit" and view your order confirmation.

- Viewing Orders
- Orders can viewed by logging into your Brandlet account. This link can be found on the top right corner under "My Account". Please fill in your username and password and you can view your orders, wish lists, review products and even track your order.
