how do i shop by designer?
To see a complete list of the designers we currently have on the site, simply click on the link that says "shop by brand" on the menu and you will be taken to a page with all of our current designers, listed in alphabetical order.

how do I use a promotional code?
To use the promotional code you have, please follow these steps:

1.Choose the items you wish to purchase
2.When you have finished shopping, click on your shopping bag. The items you are ready to buy will be listed. Click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

If you have already created a Brandlet account:
1.Enter your email address and password under the "returning customers" header and click the "log in" button.
2.If you have ordered from Brandlet previously and opted to have your shipping and billing information saved, the payment page will be pre-filled. On this same page you will be asked to enter your promotional code (remember promo codes are case-sensitive). Once entered you will proceed to the Review & Order page where you can review your order and make your purchase.

Brandlet uses your personal information solely for your shopping convenience at Brandlet. Joining our e-mail list requires your e-mail address only. Creating an account requires your first and last name, e-mail address, and a password. Purchases require the above plus your billing address, shipping address, and credit card information. We use this information to prevent fraudulent purchases, and our shipping company (FedEx) requires your name and address to deliver your order. We may use your email address or phone number to contact you if we have questions about your order.

how long will it take to receive my order?
The length of time depends on the method of shipment and the destination. We ship your product within two business days. Once shipped, delivery will take four to five business days with standard shipping and generally three business days with express shipping.

what is your return policy?
All our products are backed by a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (in its packaging with tags attached) within 30 days of delivery for a complete refund of the purchase price (less shipping costs). Please obtain a return authorization number before returning any item. This number can be obtained by simply login to your brandlet account and clicking on the "returns" link located on the top left Account Overview menu. Once you click on the returns link, please follow the instructions to obtain your R.A.N. number and send the item to the address provided. We cannot process any refunds without this number. Please allow up to 14 business days from the day we receive the package for your account to be credited. If you have difficulty obtaining this number, please email us at ran@brandlet.com and we would be glad to help you out.

What if I received the wrong item or my item is damaged?
At Brandlet, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer fashions and accessories. We do not sell factory seconds, irregulars, or special-ordered lower quality products. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item leaves our warehouse.
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you with a replacement (if available), or a credit.
